We use innovative packaging specifically for the plugs we sell and tested to destruction!

Plugs are held securely in place during transportation, allow light in to enhance the plants, help retain moisture and soil within the plugs and minimise plug movement. Our customers frequently comment on how excellent our packaging is.

Postage

We will confirm dispatch of purchase when the item has been posted. All items are sent out by Royal Mail 1st class post and will arrive within 2-3 days subject to Royal Mail schedules. All items are packaged so that they can fit through normal sized letterboxes. However, if you have ordered a bulk delivery and the item cannot be posted through the letterbox, it may be returned to your local sorting office. Please check with your local sorting office should you be expecting and not receive a delivery within 5 days of payment.

Postage costs

£2.95 for the first pack plus £1.80 for additional packs.
Orders of 6 packs or more are capped at £9.99

Please note that when buying multiple boxes of plants, we will package these as a parcel and will therefore not fit through a letterbox. Royal Mail should leave a note to confirm that the item has been returned to your local sorting office so please check with them in the first instance.
