quality products. All plants are well cared for before dispatch
and checked before packing to ensure the best quality plants
reach you. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied
with the quality of our plants, please contact us immediately
and we will resolve the situation quickly and efficiently.
We aim to provide you with
quality plants at all times. However, refunds for damaged
or faulty items will be accepted, providing an email detailing
the problem is received by us within 24 hours of you taking
delivery of the product. Please contact us and provide proof
of damaged or faulty item by way of photographs. Any item
found to be damaged or faulty must be received by us within
7 days. Your postage will also be refunded for genuine damaged
or faulty items.
